By now, we all know that moisturizing is K-E-Y.
Sure, there are serums, toners, gadgets and face rollers and a whole world of skincare items to choose from out there, but at the end of the day, if your skin isn’t moisturized, you won’t feel your best. The easiest, and one of the best ways to go about that is to use a- yup you guessed it- moisturizer! I’ve been moisturizing since high school, and I don’t think I’ve gone a day without it since. As I’ve gotten more and more obsessed with skincare, it’s really the one part of my routine that I’ve never questioned.
If you remember from this post here– I got into multi-masking a few years ago. I really liked the idea of targeting different areas of my face depending on its specific needs! So it got me thinking… couldn’t I do the same thing with the rest of my skincare? Enter- multi-moisturizing. You can tailor your skincare to target what each part of your skin needs, or even combine them to make a moisturizer that’s totally personalized and custom for you!
Right now, I’m loving…
Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream
You might remember me talking about this cream in this post here! It’s the epitome of silky smooth and soaks right into my face. I like to use it during the day and at night- though I’ve heard from some people that it was a little too rich for day-time but it hasn’t been for me. This cream is great for extra hydration so I apply this on the spots that I know I get really dry, which is usually around my nose, chin, and forehead and it leaves zero greasiness behind.
La Mer Moisturizing Cool Gel Cream
This gel cream moisturizer from La Mer is so cooling and light. It’s great for sensitive skin and goes on so easily. When I multi-moisturize, I like to use this cream on the areas that don’t need as much hydration.
Amore Pacific Youth Revolution Radiance Cream & Masque
I’ve already talked about this two-in-one moisturizer and mask in this post here, and I’ve really been enjoying it! This cream, in particular, is great for targeting fine lines and wrinkles, so when I multi-moisturize, I like to specifically apply this around my mouth and eyes.
Are you guys going to try multi-moisturizing or have you been doing this technique already? Let me know in the comments below and have a great day!

I’ve actually never thought of this, but it sounds like a great idea! It makes sense that different areas have different needs. Thanks for sharing. I’ll be sure to try.
