I have a horrible obsession with cute little coffee shops. I’ve been meaning to try Verve for a long time since I’ve been seeing so many cute photos of it on instagram, and besides it’s right by my office! You all know that I love to mix up healthy drinks like my detox smoothie, but honestly it takes quite some time to make it. Since I hate drinking water I usually opt for pressed juices. Allen & I have also gotten back into our usual juicing a few times a night now! (He also has some postpartum “baby weight” he needs to shed himself … haha!) This place is really cool because they offer a “flight” which is a shot of all their best selling juices. It’s great if you’re like me and can never make a decision ha! (Btw did you guys catch me taking “shots” with my team on snapchat @chrisellelim??)
Simplicity is EVERYTHING. There’s really nothing more chic than looking like you didn’t try at all- perfectly imperfect. I’ve been wearing a lot of jeans & tee’s as of late (as seen over the weekend HERE), and it really doesn’t get more “effortless” than this. I’ve recently discovered a new line based in Los Angeles called Brochu Walker. They have the most luxurious everyday knits to say the least. I love their European sensibility and a effortless & casual California vibe. From the open stitch boat neckline, and side seam detail…this can easily be one of the most luxurious tanks in my Summer 2015 closet. Besides the fact that this grey knit is super breathable and easy to throw on even in this 100 degree weather. This summer there’s nothing more effortless than a luxurious knit paired with distressed denim!
