It’s hard to find snacks that are healthy, satisfy your cravings AND taste good.
Luckily, I’ve got five healthy low-carb cucumber snacks that are delicious and super easy to make – just in time for summer. The entire office loves them and I’ve even gotten Chloe into a few as well! Not to mention they’re great to serve when you’ve got some company over! (Perhaps with a yummy cocktail as well?)
Cucumbers are just as refreshing as they are healthy for you. They’re full of antioxidants, high in many important vitamins and mineral and very low in calories. If you have any leftover, you can pop a couple on your eyes to depuff and a face mask for the ultimate spa feel! Each of the recipes below takes no more than 5 to 7 minutes to prepare (depending on quantity) and can store really easily in the fridge so you can pick on them throughout the week at home or at the office!
