Turning Back Time

I’ve always been a skincare junkie, but ever since I turned 30 that obsession has gone to another level. Sadly, time machines don’t exist, but if there’s one way to turn back time … it’s your skin! I’ve been a long time fan of the AmorePacific brand growing up in Korea, so when I heard they were available in the states I was super excited. I love that AmorePacific uses Asian botanicals for their youth preserving formula in their Time Response collection. In other words, younger and dewier skin, and who doesn’t want that?

Step One : TIME RESPONSE Skin Renewal Fluid

I put this Time Response Skin Renewal Fluid on right after I wash my face. It really helps improve my skin’s texture and acts as the perfect base for the rest of my routine! It has 100 percent first-harvested green tea water and helps protect your skin from environmental aggressors, which is basically smog and toxins released from car exhaust that clog up our pores … yuk!

Step Two : TIME RESPONSE Skin Renewal Serum

You all know how much I love a good serum, and this one has definitely made its way into my skincare staples. It’s full of botanical extracts and green tea flower essential oils. (Anyone else have an obsession with green tea?) This serum really helps protect skin from signs of aging. I’ve been using it day and night for a while now and I can already see a huge difference.

Step Three : TIME RESPONSE Skin Renewal Gel Creme

I personally prefer gel creams because they’re lighter in texture as opposed to your typical night cream. With that said, my next step is the TIME RESPONSE Skin Renewal Gel Creme. I am obsessed with a capital O! The second you pat it down into your skin it feels tighter. The super light gel formula is aimed to help make your skin look extra radiant as well as firm and smooth. The creme is super hydrating and works for all skin types.

Step Four : AGE CORRECTING FOUNDATION CUSHION

Who said that your makeup can’t be good for your skin? This AGE CORRECTING FOUNDATION CUSHION acts not only as a great cover up but it’s incredibly hydrating and your skin will thank you! Personally, I’m a big fan of this cushion formula because of the dewy glow it gives and the perfect no-makeup makeup look! Yes, it covers, yes it conceals your pores, but it’s so much more than makeup. It has SPF 25 plus it’s infused with tons of vitamins and antioxidants!

My Finished Look

Making time travel possible, one serum at a time!

Everyone talks about the 10 step intensive Korean skincare routine but if you find the right products that fit your skin, less is more. It’s about integrating it into your life, finding the products that work for you, and adopting healthy habits. Aging is inevitable but it’s about aging gracefully, and it never hurts to show your skin a little love along the way.
