I wore this look as I took Chloe around town during one of my days off in Paris. Although I love to experiment with fun and dramatic outfits during Fashion Week, it was great to wear something that I would usually wear for this down day. So naturally, I wore a turtleneck, fitted jeans and booties. I think the most reached for pieces during Fashion Week was a turtleneck. I’ve said it before, but a turtleneck can really take any summer outfit and make it into a winter appropriate look. A lot of the looks I wore during this week were dresses, but I layered a turtleneck underneath to warm it up a bit. I love this striped turtleneck (similar here!) in particular because it’s super fitted and very Parisian.
If there’s one piece of advice that I can give you for traveling during the winter, is to pack in as many of those turtlenecks as possible. I promise you’ll get so much use out of them. I think I brought one in every color: black, striped, white, and even a sheer one!
I just got back from New York Fashion Week, which was such a whirlwind. I’m so happy I can get back and catch up with my family before I’m off to Paris again. Happy Friday everyone! Also, if you haven’t seen my newest video, check it out below!
