For those of you that follow me on Instagram & snapchat (@chrisellelim), you know that if I’m not wearing high waisted jeans, then I’m wearing wide-leg trousers! It’s unreal how these types of pants can make anyone look taller than they actually are. Of course, you have to find the correct length for your height. If you can’t, a tailor is your best friend. Having pants that fit you perfectly makes all the difference in making you look expensive. Just a few extra bucks to make those pants fit you perfectly!
Here I’m wearing an all navy look, which is a more modern take on the all black look. I was headed to a meeting that day, so of course I went straight to my Tommy trousers and Parker blouse for the perfect monochrome navy look. Whenever I pair an outfit together, I always try to add an unexpected element. Because trousers and blouses are an expected work combo, I threw on this sporty varsity jacket to give it a little punch. This jacket is really cool because its mixed with a tweed, which is the perfect combination of classic and sporty. Lately I’ve been really loving this aesthetic because I feel like it’s a more grownup version of my style.
