5 Favorites // Eyeshadows

I’m usually really minimal when it comes to my makeup, so unless I get my face professionally done, you can usually see me sporting a simple cat eye and a brown shadow. I like adding a brown shadow to my lid because it gives my eyes a bit more definition while keeping things super simple. Read below for my 5 picks for the perfect nude shade!

MAC “Amber Times Nine” Eyeshadow Palette

This MAC palette is great for all occasions, but I love that it’s a day to night palette. I usually mix the light & darkest shades for a nice daytime look, and build on it if I’m going to an event for the night. Which isn’t a lot nowadays because of Chloe .. but definitely the matte shades are my most often used! I love using MAC because their products are always great and the density of color in this palette is strong and long lasting.

Smashbox “Photo Op” Eyeshadow Trio

This Smashbox shadow and small and sweet. I usually have this in my travel pouch because it’s three convenient shades in one. This is a great palette to have for an everyday nude eye. This powder is super easy to blend, and the cream formula applies smoothly and perfectly. Initially I was worried the colors might have been too light but it was perfect for my skintone!

Lancome Eye Brightening All-In-One 5 Shadow & Liner Palette

This is a super classy palette as the finish is very sheen and not too much shimmer. It’s also amazing that it can function as a liner! So as you can guess, the colors are very pigmented and long lasting. I’ve been using these shades a lot as they go great with brown eyes and the shades are perfect for a subtle and sophisticated nude eye!

Laura Mercier Baked Colour

I mean .. this shadow is almost too pretty to use. I love that this shadow can be used wet or dry for different applications. I usually use mine dry, and I love how pigmented and pretty it looks! There’s a subtle sparkle (as you can tell already) that definitely gives your eye an extra boost for those tired mornings.

MAC Eyeshadow in Retrospeck

Mac eyeshadow pots are always dependable. I love how high pigmented they are and how incredibly easy they are to blend. I usually blend this glitter shadow as a base paired with a more matte color to give my eyes that extra lift.

I hope this was helpful to you guys .. Eyeshadow are one of those products that are so subtle but can make a world of difference.
