Bomber jackets and stairs reminds me of a 90’s rap song. Except fast forward 15 years and I’m wearing my varsity jacket paired with my vintage Chanel purse. I’ve always had this thing with varsity jackets since the 90s, maybe it was my obsession with owning one in High School, but never got to since I was not an athlete. I discovered this new japanese line called Coohem at Satine (exclusively available at Satine), and am obsessed with the unique details on the classic Varsity jacket. Love that the arms, and entire back is covered in tweed, it’s a non traditional take on a classic silhouette. It’s not only a great statement piece to have, but I could see myself wearing this piece over and over again.  I like to think that if Coco Chanel were to wear a varsity jacket it would be covered in tweed like the one I’m wearing!

I’ve been a dedicated and loyal shopper at Satine Boutique for the past 8 years. It’s easily the best boutique in Los Angeles. I just love how I’m able to go in to find the best pieces from my usual favorites- Balenciaga, Isabel Marant, Stella McCartney, etc, etc, but I’m also always discovering new designers that I’ve never heard of while I’m at it. Although shopping at their brick and mortar store was entirely inconvenient, I always did anyways.
