I hope you all had a wonderful first day to the New Year yesterday! I spent a good majority of my day in my pajamas organizing the house with Allen. As most of you know (if you follow me on Instagram) due to my back & pelvic pain I’ve been on bed rest for the past 5 days, and today was really my first day to be able to walk around the house and get some chores done. Not that I’m enjoying this pain whatsoever , but it’s been pretty amazing seeing Allen in action with all the cleaning & laundry! Usually he’s the one who cooks, and I’m the one who cleans…. I can definitely get used to this! HA! Anyways all joking aside I can’t believe that it’s officially January, and I really only have 3 weeks to go before I finally get to meet my baby girl!  I’ve had so many of my girlfriends that told me to get my bags packed and ready to go as she can come out any minute now. ( I had 4 girlfriends that gave birth 3 weeks earlier than their actual due date! AH!)

The weather in California has been dropping severely (finally!), so my comfortable one pieces are not so much an option anymore. I’ve been literally living in my  maternity jeans, and really can’t think of anything to wear at this point. I literally have these maternity jeans in every color! Jeans and an oversized duster coat seems to be my go to Winter look. It’s easy, classic, and fuss free.  Between my camel coat and this grey one I’ve been putting these two on heavy rotation. They just really seem to go with any look-whether it be a feminine frock or a casual jeans & a T look. Highly recommend on investing in one of these Dusters for your closet if you don’t have one yet, as they seem to elevate every outfit.

Thank you to all those who read & commented on my 2014 Heartaches & Pains post  yesterday. I’ve always found it difficult to be so vulnerable online, and reveal so much about yourself to people that you’ve never really met, but for some reason you guys make me feel so comfortable in my own skin. Never thought I could admit to some of the things that I did, but I felt like iIve built up this strong relationship with you guys where you wont judge me and will always support me. Does that sound weird? We’ll it’s the truth, so THANK YOU!
