{Hester Street Fair} Skort + Gladiator Sandals
This past week in New York was a complete whirlwind! Usually when I’m in NY I find myself not having enough time to enjoy the beautiful city. This time I decided to stay 2 extra days after our meetings & shoots to catch up with friends, and to enjoy a few of my fave things in NY. One of my all time fave things to do while i’m in the city , and has become a mere ritual, is to visit Hester Street Fair. Started by my dear friend Suchin Pak…you can find the best of the best vintage pieces to the most decadent sweets ( craving this red velvet cream cheese ice cream as we speak).

My business partner challenged me the day before leaving NY to NOT check any bags in. As most of you know I would rather overpack than not, but nonetheless I accepted the challenge! (my 2 carry ons HERE at the airport) This required me to pre plan all of my outfits, and it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. Although I have to admit towards the last few days it became quite challenging as I started to run out of outfits, but thank God one of my best friends lives in New york! I ended up going to her place, and raiding her closet – thanks linette for this outfit!

You look simply gorgeous as always. For some reasons I’ve not been a big fan on Gladiator Sandals for myself “ I’m 5’10” but thought they’d make my legs appear shorter!! ” However, I must admit the sandals on you has tempted to go ahead with the purchase!

It’s everywhere and it’s fun seeing how everybody has a different way of wearing it. Nevertheless, it looks really good on you. You always look great. Hope you enjoyed NY. ^^
Love those sandals so much, realized you’ve been wearing them a lot and they’re starting to grow on me, I’m usually not a fan of “boot-style” sandals but they look so chic and stunning to have for summer. None the less, love how you paired it with the hat ;))
