Chasing the Sunrise

[parallax height=1000][/parallax]

A travel secret of mine to beat the touristy crowds while traveling? Go early! You might recall from my last shoot at the Louvre that that’s how I get the best photos before the crowds of people start arriving.

You guys might remember that my last Stella McCartney show look, as seen here, was also a full grey monochrome outfit. There’s nothing more satisfying than wearing a cozy winter sweater on a cold winter’s day. Especially wearing it head to toe! When I saw this look in the showroom, I thought it was very unique. These trousers (similar HERE!) were made out of the same knit as the sweater, which was something I had never seen before. If you follow me on snapchat you might remember that this shoot was another early call time with my team to chase the sunrise at The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, or the Sacré-Cœur.

The gloomy and windy morning went with this outfit perfectly. Though I wear a lot of monochromatic outfits, I try to work in a unique piece or texture to change it up. For this look, it was the coat (similar HERE) and its unique cut. The pleats just gave it so much movement, which was so much fun to walk around the streets of Paris in.

Hope you all had a great weekend! Happy Monday!
