Crop tops have been on repeat as of late for me, as seen here! Maybe it’s because I’ve been feeling very good about my body because of my workout routine (see it here) or maybe I’m just reminiscing about growing up in the 90’s. Speaking of growing up- this look, specifically this jacket, makes me nostalgic because it reminds me of my marching band days back in high school. Yep, believe it or not! I really wanted to be a cheerleader but nope, my mom wanted me to be in the marching band. I hated being in the band and wearing that uniform all throughout high school but now I still wish I still knew how to play the clarinet. This jacket reminds me so much of the jacket I had to wear during the performances because of the gold trim on the sleeves. Funny how things come full circle.
I’ve never worn this color combo before. The top is a deep green but the bottoms are more of a khaki green. In all honestly, green might be my least favorite color but I somehow really fell in love with this outfit! I’m finally stepping out of my neutral color palette and starting to explore other colors! I even wore an all green look to the Valentino show! I hope that this encourages you to try something new too!
