I’m finally ditching the skirts for pants as the weather gets a bit cooler in LA. I love wearing easy pieces to wear to work, especially if I am going to be running from meetings to meetings. I haven’t been wearing as much heels lately because it’s not good for my body while I’m pregnant, so I’ve really been taking advantage of wearing my flats and sneakers. There’s something unexpected and cool about juxtaposing casual sneakers with a professional suit that I love.
I’ve been finding it harder and harder as months pass to dress professionally with my growing bump. Surprisingly, what I’ve recently come to realize after dressing my new body is that it’s a lot more simple to get dressed. People tend to overcomplicate when dressing your belly, but you can pretty much wear the same things as long as it has ample amount of stretch. For example, for this look I’m wearing a simple stretchy top, and low rise trouser pants so it goes under my belly. This suit is not only easy for the everyday working woman, but also for all those working ladies that are expecting as well!
Hope everyone has an amazing Friday and a great weekend. Do you guys have any plans? As for me i’ll be heading down to San Diego with the hubs to attend a wedding.

My weekend plans include hopefully getting a lot of writing done!
