We’re on our phones all the time, but are you guys using that time efficiently? There are soo many apps out there that can simplify and organize your life, and today I’m sharing the 5 apps that makes my life easier!
1. My Fitness Pal
It feels like I’ve had my belly forever now, but pre-Chloe days I went to the gym really regularly. I had a personal trainer to help me with my reps, but you know what they say .. exercise is only half the battle! Diet is also extremely important when it comes to your fitness (obviously) so I use MyFitnessPal to help me monitor my calorie intake and nutrition. It can be so easy to overeat especially when a cupcake can be 400 calories! Pair this with regular exercise and you’ll be unstoppable!

2. Mint
If you guys don’t have a system for keeping track of your finances, I highly recommend using Mint. You can enter all your checking and savings, student loans, car payments, etc, into Mint & I love that it’s all in one place. I can set a budget for the month for all my expenses and I can even see a projection of my savings! If you want, you can also set an alert for if you’re going over budget or even when the gas bill is due. This is definitely a great app if you guys want to be more organized with your finances!
3. Tripit
I use this app when I’m traveling for work. It’s great for scheduling my travel agenda so I can keep track of everything. What I love about this app is that it also brings up my flight itinerary, so I don’t have to worry about losing my confirmation number! I highly recommend using this app when you’re traveling with someone also so they can see your schedule as well. This feature helps me and my team stay in sync even when I’m abroad!
4. Google Drive
I recently started using this app and now I don’t know how I lived without it before. It makes having lunch meetings much easier when I can pull up a file from the app vs bringing my laptop with me. This app has everything from excel to PDF files and I can make changes to any document immediately and it will show up on my team’s drives as well. It makes work a lot easier when I don’t have to wait until I get to a computer to update/see any documents!
5. Baby Connect
And last but not least…the most useful app for me right now … Babyconnect! After Chloe naps and feeds, I log in her information and I can see a chart of her activities by the day. This was so helpful for when we went to her two week doctor visit! And it just makes me melt when can log in Chloe’s mood as “happy” or “peacefully sleeping.” The craziest part about this app is that I can share the information via email to Allen or my parents to let them know how Chloe is doing every day! (But I think they get enough photo texts from me already as it is ..)
And there you have it, the 5 essential apps that makes my life easier! All can be downloaded on either iPhone or Android! Now it’s your turn to share, what are some apps that makes YOUR life easier?

MyFitnessPal is my all time favourite app too, it is really useful in helping me track my daily consumption and exercises. Howver, Mint isn’t available in my country, but I have been using the alternative app – Monny, its pink and what else can I ask for? x
