I spend so much time & energy (specifically in the mornings) trying to think of the most innovative and unique outfits/pairings. Lately I found myself overlooking some of the best pieces I have….my basics. There’s something so easy and laid-back about a cool pair of denim jeans, especially if it’s a  modern take on a throwback  acid wash from the 90’s!  Wearing  a pair of fitted jeans  with a breezy tee might have to be one of my most simple outfits i’ve worn in a long time. There’s something incredibly refreshing in minimalism.

When it comes to simplicity, the fit is EVERYTHING! I’ve struggled to find jeans, specifically skinny jeans, that not only fit me like a glove but also is equally as comfortable. What I love most about these EXPRESS  jeans is that it’s a High Rise fit that tucks & lifts everything  in the right places! It also  has a gracious amount of stretch due to the jean legging material, which is incredibly important for me. If you are looking for a pair of classic jeans I definitely recommend on  getting a pair from EXPRESS because the fit and and cut is everything that I could want for in a pair of jeans.

Less is more, and sometimes we all tend to overthink our outfits. I challenge you to go back to the basics this week and keep it cool & simple.
