Life is crazy and unpredictable, so finding ways to find some peace amidst the chaos is super important to me. Since I’ve been home from all my traveling, I’ve been trying some different ways to help keep my life a little more organized. From making my morning routine easier to cooking and everything in between, I’m so happy to share with you guys the 3 life hacks I swear by:
1. Pre-Prepped Meals
My number one life/time saver at the moment is meal prepping. I’ve really been trying to eat better recently and a big part of that is not ordering take out (it’s my favorite thing to eat for dinner if I’m being honest) and actually attempting to cook fresh meals. The biggest struggle for me, beyond actually cooking, is finding the time to look up a recipe and go buy the groceries. That in itself eats up so much time.
All of that changed when I discovered Blue Apron. To break it down, it’s a service that sends you amazing fresh ingredients with super easy-to-do recipes right to your door. It takes food from farm & producers and delivers it straight to your door. All of the ingredients are pre-portioned so nothing goes to waste and there are so many delicious recipes to choose from.
Also, if your boss keeps you at work longer than usual, it’s all good because everything gets delivered in a refrigerated box. How genius is that? There’s a Family Plan, which is what I’m using- as well as a 2 Person Plan. (If you live alone- the 2 person plan is perfect because what’s better than some yummy leftovers for lunch the next day?) I love that all recipes can be prepared in around 40 minutes or less, and I love that there’s no commitment. You can cancel service at any time. Not having to think about what I need to cook that day and going to the grocery store has upgraded my life in so many ways!

2. Preparing Outfits Ahead of Time
Okay, I’m sure you’ve heard this tip before, but honestly, it helps so much. I try to Chloe and my outfits out for each day of the week to keep my mornings running smoothly. Cutting out the aimless staring into my closet in the mornings helps streamline my routine and get me out of the door so much quicker!
3. Using Apps to Help
There are so many apps out there to help keep you organized and I’m really loving them all! With all the renovations I’m doing on my house, Task Rabbit has really helped with chores as well as moving things to and from the office. Another app I use, pretty much daily, is Slack. It helps me communicate with my team as well as keeps separate segments of work (such as video and blog) separate and more streamlined. Finally, Google Calendar. I think I have this app open on my phone at all times. It syncs with my Master Calendar, which has everything going on at the office (blog posts, shoots, videos, events, meetings, calls, etc.) so I always know what’s going on even if I’m not at my laptop! Such a life saver.
Thanks so much to our sponsor Blue Apron! Do you guys have any life hacks YOU swear by? I wanna know! Leave a comment down below and have a great day!

I agree with all of these ! Especially meal prep!!! Not only does it save you a ton of time but it also prevents you from eating things that thwart your goals. xo, Alisha Ricki | Life(Style) &Travel,
