January is definitely THE month for detoxing. From your diet (did you see my post about my updated detox smoothie?) to your skin, everything can use a little detox after the stress of the holidays. I went in and raided my beauty closet to gather the 6 ways you can detox your skin for 2017.
I’ve been using this foaming mask for a while now and at this point I can definitely say I’m obsessed since it’s almost empty. It goes on as a cream and turns into foam so you can totally see and feel it working! It easily cleans out your pores, lifts dirt and oil to completely clarify your skin.
As you guys know, I seriously love sheet masks and my love for this one is no different. This mask in particular is infused with charcoal which really helps draw bacteria, chemicals, dirt and oil to the surface of the skin to take out impurities within your pores. It’s also really great to treat acne!
This one isn’t necessarily a beauty tip, but my team and I swear by it! Every morning when I wake up- before my coffee or detox smoothie, I drink a glass of hot water with lemon in it. Lemon water really helps clean out your system and the flavor of the lemon really helps me drink the water!
This detox mask is great for those days when you really need a deep clean. I like to use this once or twice a week to really get a good skin detox in, and it’s great for all skin types! This mask also uses charcoal and leaves your skin feeling super soft and refreshed.
If you haven’t been exfoliating yet, you need to get on it! Exfoliating is really great for relieving your skin of toxins. I love this gentle exfoliator because it gets rid of the excess dead skin on my face and it stimulates your skin’s circulation to help promote younger, brighter skin! Plus, it’s great for all skin types!
