The High Line
As i’m writing to you at 3:40 am after a 14 hour shoot, for a very special project (HERE & HERE) , i’m feeling quite exhausted. Nonetheless the city is fueling me with excitement and energy. I wore this outfit on my first day here in New York- a pair of distressed denim (worn HERE) , and fun lasercut T.

On this trip i’ve met a handful of extremely talented artists, muscians, photographers…people that bleed passion, and that are extremely talented. One of them being a young lady who took these photos on today’s blog post- Esther Jung. Please check out her work HERE.
Anyways…i’m still getting used to my new haircut- a blunt cut with a pair of blunt bangs. Let me know your thoughts on them! What do you think? Should I keep them? or grow them out?

Trends I'm Loving Right Now
While I'm always hopping from trend to trend there are three in particular that has totally captured my heart (and closet) this season.
In response to Kim who kindly responded to my comment: thanks for explaining Kim! I’ve seen the rstyle links but never knew that it was used so that the bloggers could make a profit.. Now I know to be careful when checking the item. It is unfortunate she does this because I’m sure her readers would like the original shoe, now she has linked them to a shoe that’s double the cost of the one she’s actually wearing so that she can make a profit. Not very honest in my opinion and has lost me as a fan.

When people click on the link and make a purchase at the site Chriselle makes a small profit. I don’t think Zara offers this (i.e., you can’t get rstyle.me links to any Zara products) and thus she does not link to the actual Zara product page. As much as I like her blog, I dislike that’s she’s not very transparent about this. Instead of noting that these are Zara heels and also providing a link to similar heels she only puts up the link that allows her to make a profit. Visitors to her site wouldn’t be able to find the actual shoes. She does this with many items on her blog and she’s not the only blogger to do so, unfortunately.

Those shoes aren’t Steven Lpsrvce sandals, they’re from Zara. Why must you lie about your clothing items? Is Zara not good enough for you because they’re only $50? You had to pick different sandals to show people that you were shoes that are a little more expensive? Fake.

Great outfit! Loving the location of the pictures etc. The haircut, I’m personally not a fan of bangs because they have that awful grow out stage (that I’m currently still in! They are at my chin) but the blunt cut is adorable on you!
