Why You Need a Sweater Vest

Since the colder weather is here to stay, I like to warm up my skin with a little bronzer and a warmer tone on my lips. Add a strong brow and some giant sunglasses and your beauty look is good to go!

So, when you think of sweater vests, you probably think of your granddad, right? Well I did too until I found this Ganni one (similar here)! It’s slightly cropped, super fuzzy and has a subtle mock-neck (which I’ve been really obsessed with this winter).

I layered it over a cool bell-sleeved button down which is a great way to show off that cool blouse you’re wearing while still staying warm. Instead of pulling the collar of the blouse out and over the sweater, I kept it tucked in but peeking out just a bit to add some dimension! Since the sweater vest has a slight zebra print pattern in a gorgeous burnt orange, I knew I wanted to keep the rest of my outfit pretty simple. I threw on a pair of frayed denim (my go-to’s) in a darker wash to really balance out the look and some sleek pumps to add a punch of femininity.
