My Fall Color Palette
It’s officially Fall! Now if only someone could tell that to the weather in LA… The first official day of Fall was yesterday, so you can only imagine how excited I am to bring in the season with my fall color palette. This season, I’m all about rich warm neutral tones. Golds, taupes, black and dark grey. When you have a neutral palette for the base of your wardrobe, introducing little pops of color like a warm oxblood lip color fits seamlessly.
For this look, I layered this khaki dress over a striped sweater to give it some dimension which is also the perfect way to transition your summer dresses into fall. I added my Reed Krakoff bootie heels (like these), which I break out every season, and this super cute Michael Kors bag to finish off the look. With slicked back hair and a coffee in hand, I’m good to go! Side note: can we talk about this lip color for a second? It’s by Tom Ford and doubles as a lip liner and lipstick. What better way to show you how it works than a gif? You take off the cap and it’s a lipliner, then pull down to reveal the lipstick!
