Everyday Makeup - Natural & Neutral
Another fun beauty shoot that I shot with Karla Ticas! My everyday makeup looks very similar to this look- natural & neutral. I especially loved my hair for this shoot..I always split my hair to the side, but this one is an EXTREME side part with some side swept bangs. I’m a victim of being quite routine when it comes to my makeup & hair, but i’ve been venturing out to different styes lately. And it’s been on my mind lately to get bangs , yay or nay? what do you guys think?

and you would look good with bangs, but i think they could be a bother at times, especially during hectic and busy days where they can look not-so-pretty and ends up ruining the whole pretty look.
personally i think no bangs is rather more versatile since you can always create a side bangs or faux front bangs and look playful, or just leave it as it is to create more mature look. but that’s just my opinion though 🙂

i say go for it! i think bangs will look super cute and you have such gorgeous hair (unlike my rat’s nest) that i think they’ll look great. sometimes it’s just nice switching it up a bit. xx

OMG! When I saw the first picture, I was like is that really her? I think the bangs look amazing! 🙂
The bangs became a big thing right as I decided to grow mine out. Sure, they’re cute, but they have to be maintained, which is annoying, and they also can lead to breakouts on your forehead because the hair keeps touching your skin. So if you have great skin, not too much of problem.
Just food for thought. You look amazing, as usual!

I think bangs would look great on you. But just so you know, they sometimes turn into a bother. I know because I have had every type of bangs growing up: wispy, straight, side-swept; and in the beginning they are a joy, but later they become trouble. If you don’t have the nerves, it can get tricky (or maybe that is just me. I still have bangs, but I have those long-side bangs that almost reach my chin).
