I feel like when talking about skincare and moisturizing, water is one of those understated items that never gets mentioned. I mean, of course water attributes to great skin, do we even need to mention that? But between you and me .. I hate drinking water! I prefer juices and smoothies over water any day. Of course ..  since the pregnancy, every day I’ve been forcing myself to drink at least a liter a day. (Or I try ..) Believe it or not, it’s been helping me feel more awake since I quit coffee, and it’s helping my skin as LA heads into dry cold season-ish.

Skin has always been important to me, but especially now because my belly is quickly stretching into the size of a small beach ball. I have to take special care of my skin or else I could end up with stretch marks on my belly as it continues to grow (eek!).  So I’ve been oiling every night and doing my best to add moisture to my skin where I can.
