I work out pretty consistently, I eat healthy and I take care of my body- but we can all use a little help from time to time! If you guys remember from this post here, your undergarments are just as important as your outer garments. That’s where my current #1 slimming secret comes in- shapewear!
There’s a certain stigma associated with shape wear and about who should wear it, but I truly believe that everyone can benefit from it. Shapewear is slimming, smoothing, and keeps everything where you need it to be. The best part? there’s a kind of shapewear for anything and everything you need! Bonus? They’re not the same as they used to be. They feel like you barely have anything on and are better than ever these days!
These tights are my newest obsession so I wanted to spread the good word with you all. Whether you add them to a cool look to a skirt or dress, or even to add some layers when it’s cold outside, they’re totally life changing! Not only do they have an amazing high waisted control-top to help suck everything in, but they also stay up! If you’ve ever worn tights, you know that they can sag as the day goes on. There’s nothing sexier than hiking your tights up every 10 steps, am I right? Luckily, these guys don’t budge!

I did try shapewear on certain occasions when everything needs to look smooth and I can’t show any lines (especially panty lines). Yes, it can be uncomfortable, but if it’s only for a few hours I think it’s totally worth it.

I don’t wear Spanx day to day, but it is particularly helpful for date nights and when you have those photo op occassions! There is nothing wrong with figuring out how to make your clothes fit better!

Most women do not wear a bra that fits properly, go treat yourself and get fitted by a good professional. Undergarments May include spanx, girdles, any body shaper it’s what makes a garment sit properly, removing bulges and bumps . Use a good seamstress to help with off the rack garments . Make sure your clothes fit . It’s always about fit !

I love shape wear! I just like that feeling of tightness around me, plus I stay warmer when I wear them. I often wear a slim pair of shape wear tights underneath my jeans and dresses (mostly to stay warm) and it doesn’t’ bother me.
