It’s not every day you get to pet a giraffe and alpaca, feed a zebra and drink wine all at the same time. A week or so ago, my amazing #CINCteam surprised me with a late birthday trip to the Malibu Wine Safari and I did all of that above!

I was able to spend all day with the team in gorgeous Malibu, sipping some amazing wines and basically going on an intimate safari tour in Saddlerock Ranch. Between petting Stanley the Giraffe, Kendrick Llama and Llama Del Rey, hanging out with the team (outside of the office) and celebrating my birthday, it was pretty much the best day ever!

Not going to lie, I wish the safari could have lasted all day! The grounds were breathtaking, the sun was shining, the wine was flowing… it was a magical day. It also gave me a chance to play around with some of my basics for a day of adventure. I paired this button front skirt (similar here) with a plain white-tee (pretty risky in hindsight, considering I was going to be drinking wine all day, lol!) and some classic tennis shoes (like these). A simple foundation gave me a chance to play around with accessories! I grabbed this sun hat, some cute sunnies and this vintage scarf (I found a similar one here!) to tie the look together. Safari chic, anyone?

A huge thank you to my team for this super fun surprise and an even bigger thank you to Malibu Wine Safari for having us! It was such a memorable treat!
