Going Monochrome

It’s been a while since I wore a good monochromatic look and this one just might take the cake! I fell in love with this navy blue knit (similar here!) with exaggerated sleeves and paired it with some navy blue velvet pants (like these) and had a little bit of lace peeking out. This look felt equally romantic, chic and strong! A monochromatic look is the best excuse to mix textures and play with proportions.

I decided to balance out the femininity of the lace blouse with the navy trousers and sweater but kept it strong and sleek with my structured bag and black pumps. I finished off the look with a simple and clean makeup and some statement earrings and was ready to take on the day!

PS: I’ve got some amazing news. The #CINCTeam and I are getting ready to relaunch the emailer, and we’ve got so much fun stuff coming your way. Trust me you’re going to LOVE it!
