Please dont fail me now...
When I heard this news from Albert Elbaz, creative director of Lanvin…I couldnt help but have my little heart scream and rejoice. I think any Fashionista would feel the same way….
Of course I doubted first glance when I heard this since every designer and their grandmas are doing “collaborations” with mass retailers to reach the mass public. Almost every designer from Zac Posen for Target, Vera Wang for Kohls, Sonia Rykiel for h&m, Rodarte for Target has all ceased to fail me. Until I read “It is very much a Lanvin collection, using their cut and tailoring, with lots of focus on form and details for both women and men. The launch in November is going to be full of wonderful surprises.” Lets hope they stick to their word and deliver an amazing line for h&m.
If it’s anything close to their tailoring and fit for their Lanvin line, yes..i will be one of those thousands of girls waiting in line putting up a hissy fit to get me a piece of Albert Elbaz amazingness.
Please please dont fail me now ….
What do YOU think?
