Here’s the deal.
While the holidays can be the best time of the year – the friends, family, traveling, the holiday parties… there’s also the sugar, carbs, alcohol, stress, the cold, the forgetting of drinking enough water… etc.
There’s nothing quite like waking up with a baby (or not-so-baby) hangover the morning after a holiday party where you double-fisted champagne and cookies, and now feel bloated and swollen.
So, if you find yourself a little hungover and your face is a bit more swollen than you would like – here’s what we recommend you do to depuff your face.
FIRST OF ALL, DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND HYDRATE.
SECOND, USE THESE GUYS TO HELP YOU DEPUFF!
If you don’t happen to have any of these items, using ice all over your face is a good way to use what you have in the house to depuff your skin.
