The Drugstore Beauty Items I Always Repurchase

Confession:

I LOVE drugstore beauty products. Always have and always will. Don’t get me wrong, my luxe products are some of my favorites, but there are a few drugstore products that are tried and true for a reason! I love finding little hidden gems at the best price points and I always end up finding them at Walmart, which is why I was SO excited to team up with Walmart and their Here for Every Beauty campaign that celebrates the 327 million faces that make-up America.

We have a Walmart close by to our house and 90% of Americans actually live within 10 miles of a Walmart so they’re hard to miss! While I usually run into Walmart to grab diapers or wipes for Colette, I can’t help but take a walk down their beauty aisles. I always love looking in the beauty section and there are a few cult classics that I love to always have on hand. They’re the drugstore beauty items I always repurchase over and over again. A lot of people in the States associate drugstore products to being cheap, but I think of it like the French Pharmacies! They carry all the good, simple, and effective products that you know and love.

While I love shopping in-store, when I’m pressed for time, I’ll just order my refills online at Walmart.com. It’s super quick and easy and you get free 2-day shipping on orders over $35. Or, if you’re in a hurry, you can order what you need online and pick them up at a local Walmart nearby during the same day!

Beauty Blender

I remember the first time I used a Beauty Blender… the hype was crazy but I wasn’t convinced just yet. I remember thinking, how could it be THAT good? Safe to say I was blown away and haven’t gone without one since! It does wonders with any concealers and foundation I’ve used and I’ve even played around with using it to blend cream blushes and bronzers as well. It helps the makeup melt into your skin and ends up making you look so natural – which I love. A makeup bag must-have for me!

CeraVe PM Lotion Face Moisturizer

Most of the time, nighttime moisturizers feel super heavy and thick – which is great during the wintertime when your skin is extra dry, but during the warmer months, I like using something a little lighter at night and this Cera-Ve PM moisturizer is perfect for that! It doesn’t feel greasy at all, is super light and won’t clog your pores. It’s formulated with Niacinamide which basically helps calm your skin down and has hyaluronic acid which is super hydrating and gentle.

Eucerin Advanced Body Lotion

Having a good body lotion is something a lot of people don’t think about because oftentimes, we forget to moisturize anything past our face! This one from Eucerin has been in my family for years and is SO good if you have really dry skin or live in a really dry climate. The formula feels a lot thinner than you’d expect it to be since it’s an ultra-hydrating lotion, but trust me when I say it gets the job done! It’s formulated with Ceramide-3 which helps strengthen your skin’s moisture barrier and replenish its moisture!

L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Waterproof Mascara

I love finding drugstore mascaras, especially waterproof formulas! Waterproof is not only good for the obvious, water but also great if your lash hairs are a little thinner like mine. I don’t wear waterproof mascara that often but recently I’ve been reaching for this one from L’Oreal because it adds tons of volume without weighing my lashes down. It’s less than $10 which is awesome, but this formula does wonders for my lashes! It lasts all day, doesn’t flake, and keep my lashes curled. What’s not to love?

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser Face Wash

If you want a cleanser that’s gentle, doesn’t strip down your skin, really gets makeup off and leaves your face feeling moisturized and refreshed then this Cetaphil Cleanser is for you! It’s dermatologist recommended and it’s SO gentle. If my skin ever acts up and I need something soothing to calm down the inflammation, then I’ll grab this cleanser without thinking twice. You really can’t go wrong and it’s a family favorite.

Essie Nail Polish Bare With Me

Since I’m always on the go, shooting content and moving around, I have to make sure my nails are always done and Essie polishes are some of my favorites! They have such a great range of colors and are always coming out with new ones. This gorgeous nude called ‘Bare With Me’ is one of those colors ALWAYS look good on any skin tone! Nude polishes are great because chipping is so much less noticeable and they elongate your nails.

Bioderma Micellar Cleansing Water 

This French Pharmacy favorite has made its way into Walmart, and I’m SO HAPPY. It’s such an incredible makeup remover. Micellar waters are everywhere now but this one is the OG. It removes even the toughest waterproof mascara but is super gentle on your skin. I like to use this after doing my regular cleansing to make sure I get any leftover makeup residue off.
