National Lazy-Day – Products For the Lazy Girl That Actually Do the Most

Did you all know that National Lazy Day is tomorrow, August 10th? What a fun holiday, right?

In honor of this very special holiday, the Editorial Team and I put together a list of our FAVORITE lazy day products that actually do the MOST. You know, for those days when you’re just over it. Maybe you’re tired, maybe you’re hungover, maybe you’ve been working your butt off and don’t feel like dealing with life anymore. We all have those days!

So… what exactly is a lazy day product? I’m glad you asked! These are products that help cut down on our routine, work double duty, or just make our lives easier! Everything from makeup, to skincare, and even hair. These 8 products are office favorites all around, and I know you will love them too!

Ouai Body & Scalp Scrub

Our first double duty product in the line up is the Ouai Body & Scalp scrub! It feels great on your scalp and helps get rid of that product buildup that can weigh down your hair AND feels amazing as an all over body scrub! I’d reccomend a good scrub down before you shave to get exfoliated, bright and baby-soft skin. This scrub also smells delicious!

Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask

I like to think of this mask as a face mask and a night moisturizer. It’s a lifesaver when you travel (hence the name ‘Jet Lag Mask’) but it’s also great for giving your skin a mega boost of moisture with zero work. When I’m feeling particularly lazy, I throw this on in lieu of my moisturizer and I wake up with soft and hydrated skin.

Glossier Stretch Concealer

This concealer from Glossier is EVERYTHING. Both Jane and Hannah (aka the Editorial Team) both use this concealer religiously. In fact, it’s the only thing they have on their skin right now! It melts right into your skin and gives good coverage without being cakey. Plus, it’s really buildable so you can get the exact amount of coverage you want!

Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre

Naturally, I had to include one of my French Pharmacy Favorites on this list. (PS: Jane & Hannah shared their French Girl Beauty Faves, too!) This multi-cream does anything you need it to. It’s an all-over moisturizer, a hand cream, you can put it on your elbows, cuticles, and face! It feels like air whipped milk and is made with aloe vera and shea butter which gives you such a beautiful base for your makeup! It also smells divine.

Rouje LIP PALETTE LES 4

This lip palette is basically all you need to carry around in your bag. The pigments are gorgeous and buildable, and the texture is unlike any other lip product. I like to use any leftover product on my fingers and add it to the apples of my cheeks to give myself a little flush. The perfect French pout is so easy!

Lord Jones CBD Oil

Speaking of multi-use products, my girl Jane AKA the CBD Fairy introduced the entire CINCteam to this roll-on CBD oil. (To read more about CBD click here!) I like using it on my shoulders after a long day, Jane uses it on her stomach during her period (read: no cramps!) and Hannah puts it on her temples to help soothe migraines. We’re all obsessed.

Coconut Oil

At this point, there’s probably a million and one uses for coconut oil and I always have a jar of coconut oil on hand. Believe it or not, I created a story about the ways I use coconut oil on the blog back in 2015! Hair mask, shaving cream, makeup remover, moisturizer, cuticle oil… if you have a problem, coconut oil is probably the answer! Plus, you can cook with it and a jar is only about $7 on Amazon.

PLAYA New Day Mist 3-in-1 Styler Refresh

Have you ever wanted a hairspray, a hydrator, and a hair fragrance all in one? This refreshing mist from Playa is such live saver. You know those annoying dents you get in your hair after you have it up in a ponytail after a workout, or when you wake up? Just spray some of this in your problem areas, tousle it around and BAM you’ve got a fresh and great smelling ‘do.
