NYFW SS'18 Recap

Fashion week is just as amazing as it is crazy and hectic (aka we will call this something like a beautiful chaos). It’s an insane whirlwind of runways, photos, outfit changes, meetings, parties and trying to manage to eat something healthy in-between.  No matter how much we were doing, I managed to stop and take some time to shoot some of my favorite looks from the week to share with all of you! Every season, I get to attend some amazing shows by incredibly talented designers, but I’m sure you guys know, street style is just as important to trends as the clothes walking up and down the runway! Keep scrolling to see my NYFW SS’18 street style recap!

Jumpsuit: Halston | Bag: Tom Ford

To kick off an amazing fashion week, I wore this gorgeous white jumpsuit (similar hereto the La Prairie Art of Caviar exhibition. No matter the season, I love an all-white look, and this one is no different! With a killer ponytail and a deep red lip, this jumpsuit was the perfect outfit to set the tone for an amazing week.

Jumpsuit: Tory Burch | Blouse: Tory Burch | Bag: Tory Burch | Shoes: Celine

Have you ever found a piece of clothing and thought, “How have I lived my life without you?” Well, that was exactly what I said to this lace blouse that I wore to the Tory Burch show! It was the ultimate layering piece. I wore it under a chic jumpsuit and it added the perfect touch of femininity to my look.

Hat: Isabel Marant | Sunnies: Le Specs x Adam Selman | Sweater: Self Portrait | Trousers: Self Portrait | Shoes: Celine (Similar Here) | Bag: The Row

I’m calling it now: you’re going to see hats like this one everywhere this season! I wore this look to the Self Portrait show and it was the perfect easy yet totally chic outfit combination. A cool sweater (like this one) some plaid trousers (like these) some white mules (similar here) and the hat of the season = street style perfection!

Sunnies: Le Specs x Adam Selman | Blouse: Victoria Beckham | Trousers: Victoria Beckham

I went for a casual cool look for the Victoria Beckham show this season with a pair of black and white color-blocked trousers (similar here) and a denim top with sequin details! You guys know how much I love a good trouser, and I’m obsessed with these. (PS: Can you spot Drew in my sunnies?)

Sunnies: Roberi and Fraud | Dress: Seis Marjan | Bag: Isabel Marant | Boots: Balenciaga

Fashion week is a great time to go crazy with street style looks, but I’ve found that sometimes the more simple, the better! This gorgeous mauve dress from Sies Marjan that I wore to their show was the perfect example of that.

Jacket: Coach | Dress: Coach | Bag: Coach

I wore this full Coach look to their show toward the end of NYFW and it’s safe to say it’s one of my absolute favorites! I love the quirky yet refined print that the dress and the bomber have. I paired it with some cool sunglasses and boots and I was set.

Top: Micheal Kors | Trousers: Micheal Kors | Belt: Micheal Kors | Shoes: Micheal Kors | Watch: Micheal Kors

Is army green the new black? OK, maybe not, but that didn’t stop me from wearing this gorgeous look from Michael Kors to his show! I love that the chic silhouette of the pleated trousers and button-down combined with the super cool smartwatch was the perfect marriage of classic with a modern twist. Plus, how great are these plaid nails? A huge thank you to my friends at CND Nails for the super chic mani!

There you have it, another New York Fashion Week in the books. Next up, Paris! Be sure to follow me on Instagram as the team and I take PFW this week!
