How to Keep Your Summer Glow

With summer being officially over (where has the time gone?), the next step is figuring out how to maintain that summer glow all year long.  Fall means layering, pumpkin scented everything and unfortunately, unwanted dry and dull skin that comes along with the temperature change. Being inside more and having less chances of catching sunshine can really take a toll on your skin, so I gathered five of my favorite products that will help your skin stay bright all year long. Keeping your summer glow is a lot easier than you think. Trust me.

One of the girls on the #CINCteam recommended this RMS oil and it’s honestly so amazing. RMS was created by Rose-Marie Swift, aka Gisele Bündchen’s makeup artist, and is created with natural non-toxic ingredients all aimed at letting your best skin show! This oil is great for all skin types and helps tighten and moisturize your skin to give it that extra bit of luminosity. It also contains buriti oil which has recently been found to filter and absorb cancer-causing UV rays from the sun!

Charlotte Tilbury

I’m a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury makeup, so it’s no surprise that I love her Magic Cream too! It rehydrates your skin instantly and leaves your complexion with that perfect dewy glow. I know it’s a bit on the pricey side, but it’s worth it! Plus, a little goes a long way and it lasts for ages!

I’m super excited to share this splash mask with you all. I love a good mask, but this one is different than anything I’ve ever tried. Inspired by Korean bathhouses, this splash mask is an in-shower treatment. All you do is splash the liquid on your face for 15-30 seconds and pat it into your skin. It’s packed with botanical extracts and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and glowing!

First Aid Beauty

When creating this list I knew I had to include my First Aid Beauty peel. I use it as a mask right out of the shower, leave in on for about 5 minutes and rinse it off with warm water. It’s super gentle but really gets the job done. It’s designed to help the skin’s natural renewal, tighten pores and combat dull skin. Plus, it’s great for sensitive skin.

Dr. Brant Skincare

Exfoliating is super important to keeping a natural glow, so I’ve been loving this microdermabrasion age defying exfoliator from Dr. Brant. It’s made without sulfates and really helps improve your skin’s texture by getting rid of dead skin. The important thing to remember about exfoliating is that you should only be doing it once, maybe twice a week. You don’t want to overdo it and irritate your skin!

Remember, good skin starts from the inside out! So drink lots of water (I recommend picking up a water bottle– you’ll be more inclined to use it if it’s cute!) and take care of yourself. You know, all the boring stuff like eating right and exercising! Do you have any products you’re using that you’re loving? Let me know below! Happy Monday everyone!
