From a dress that looks like a piece of art, to an LWD, I’m obsessed with easy and unique one-pieces. But a drop waist dress is one of those under appreciated waistlines that is actually really flattering! A drop waist is super forgiving and doesn’t constrict your body of movement. It can also help elongate the upper half of your body! Drop waist is also a super feminine silhouette as it creates more shape in the lower half of your body.

I’ve been wearing a lot of black and white, and over all neutral colors recently- so this gorgeous dress is right up my alley. It’s black, white and grey color scheme almost looks like marble. And a girl can always use a muted blue printed dress right? But as usual, it’s all in the details and I’m utterly obsessed with the bandeau detail on the side. Though I love the deep arm holes, I tend to shy away from that much skin- so the bandeau is the perfect middle ground to pulling off the trend!

I’m currently writing to you guys as I’m waiting for my flight back to LA .. Greece was completely amazing and so beautiful! Even though I missed my Chloe bear like crazy, I had so much fun with my best girl friends! Not going to lie, it’s been pretty hard to get everyone together especially since we all have our own families now. But I cherish every single moment that I get to spend with them .. and if you guys missed our adventures on snapchat (@chrisellelim), be sure to check out my instagram! Santorini is such a beautiful and magical place. I’m so sad to be leaving this paradise but I’m ready to come back to LA!
