Dressing the Bump // Week 31

Getting bigger and bigger as the weeks go by!

Monday:

I’m so glad the weather is cooling enough for furs and knits now (but still warm enough to pull off a dress!). At this state my favorite thing to wear are belly hugging one piece dresses because 1. they are extremely comfortable and 2. I love how it emphasizes my belly! I found this James Perse dress (non maternity) in my favorite section at Nordstrom, and I love the fact that i’m able to wear this all thru out my pregnancy, and post  pregnancy since its so stretchy!

Tuesday

I love subduing a statement necklace for every day wear by blending it into a similar colored top. It almost looks like a part of the neckline of my top! I bought this flowy top a while ago to wear as a one piece dress, but as my belly keeps growing my tops are becoming shorter and shorter in length! Instead I wore it as a top, and paired a pair of ripped denim underneath. It’s also a great way to transition your summer dresses for the winter!

Top: Free People | Jeans: 3 x 1 | Bag: Isaac Mizrahi | Shoes: Christian Dior (Affordable option here) | Necklace: DylanLex

Wednesday

Feeling a little blue & nautical on Wednesday by wearing a long maxi with my navy coat. I’ve been wearing stripes way too often, but I can’t help it..I  just love how stripes look with my growing belly!

Dress: BCBG (Similar) | Boots: Sigerson Morrison | Coat: Fay | Bag: Saint Laurent

Thursday

This necklace was definitely the piece of the week. Wearing it here today with a simple black top to make the details of the necklace stand out. I also wore this outfit to my family’s thanksgiving dinner. I’ve had a hard time finding skirts that fit, but this tweed one is ALLLLL stretch!

Top: Trouvé | Skirt: Anthropologie | Bag: Elizabeth and James| Necklace: DylanLex | Shoes: Miista (Similar)| Sunglasses: Ray Ban

Friday

I wore this outfit when I was in big bear a few weeks back, but I had to wear it again because I just love the simplicity of if and how cozy it is. Yes this knit dress is also becoming quite short in length due to my belly so I layered a longer knit on top of it to balance out the shortness.  Added a knitted beanie to give this outfit more of a cool factor!  And i’m completely obsessed with this lovely necklace that Jennifer Zeuner made for me, she’s also the one who made the monogrammed rings for my bridesmaids.
