Walking on Melrose

You guys might remember this outfit from my dressing the bump series here!

As I mentioned before, I usually prefer shift dresses (without seams), but because this one is super expandable, it’s incredibly comfortable.. perfect for walking in LA! Another one of my Fall obsessions?? Thigh highs boots! And although I tend to opt for flats (as seen here),  I love the thick heel on these boots. Especially if they’re thigh highs boots.. They instantly make an outfit sexy!

Surprisingly, the bigger I get, the more I have to try. Try to motivate myself to get up, get dressed, and feel good. Not that I didn’t have to “try” before , but it was A LOT easier pre pregnancy.  I’ve been lucky enough that I could fit into my regular clothes for the past 5 months, but now that I’m in my 6th month, she just popped right out! It has become increasingly harder to find things that fit and as some of you guys have said, it’s super easy to just stay at home and wear sweatpants all day. But while those days are tempting (and trust me..I do that sometimes on the weekends), I find that the challenge has actually been motivating me to find better outfits. I’ve definitely been finding that making an effort definitely pays off in boosting your overall wellbeing and attitude for the day.  It’s incredibly important to feel good about yourself during this time, and I can say I have never felt so beautiful in my growing and changing body!  What are some things you guys do to make yourself feel beautiful?
