Here is one of the campaigns I styled for a Japanese hair care line called Hoyu!

I promise to start get back to my regular blogging schedule starting tomorrow! Tons of outfit posts and updates coming your way!

Roses On Her Bum

posted by on 2011.04.08, under Editorials

A couple months ago I had the chance to style up a lingerie editorial for Serendipity Magazine. As your Wedding gown should be extravagant…what you wear on the special night of should be as important! I styled up 5 looks for 5 different type of girls…From “The Pinup, The Vixen, The Babydoll, The Showgirl, & The Belly dancer”

My favorite look has to be “The Pin up” look. You cant tell  from the first image but the back of “The Pin Up” look was just Oh So Cheeky! I created a cute little bow out of random tulle fabric and these ahhh-dorable cheeky roses on her bum! You can get your Serendipity copy at your local borders, CVS, or Barnes & Nobles!

One of my MAIN source of fashion inspiration comes from different eras & decades. One of my favorite decades was the 1950s, where Audrey Hepburn and her uber feminine circle skirts and ballet flats came into place. But I have got to admit all the sultry and sex appeal started in the 1960s, where the hemlines were becoming shorter and kitten heels replaced ballet flats…overall the curves of a woman were embraced!

We recently shot this Fashion Film which our wardrobe inspiration came from the 1960s…the MadMen Era!

so here it is….. LOOK DONT TOUCH!

Into The Sunset

Do I have any followers from Lebannon or Dubai? Our editorials for Prestige magazine is finally out! So excited to see that we were able to get 2 separate editorials in the January issue! “New Years In LA” and “Into the Sunset” .. love how we shot both of these separate editorials on the same day but the mood, lighting, and styling is completely different! Funny thing is I styled this a couple months before I partnered up with Michelle Phan…and I feel like the styling on my NYE glamarous fashion tutorial was inspired by my styling with Prestige Magazine!

The first editorial “New Years Eve” was styled more for your Sex Kitten type of gal~ who loves to be glamorous and sexy. Lots of glitter, bling, sheer, and fur… and YES she loves to show off her legs! Whereas  the second editorial “Into The Sunset” is for your hopeless romantic…(the same look as the Tea Party look in my fashion tutorial). A hopeless romantic love love loves her tulle, ruffles and lace!

Although its a bit late for NYE styling…here is my NYE fashion tutorial if you havnt seen it yet!

Big thanks to Christian Louboutin, Zuhair Murad, Brian Lichtenberg, Catherine Malandrino, Camilla Scovgaard, Vin jewelers, Kirsten Leigh Kuehn, Harry Winston, and Cartier for sending us stuff to make this shoot possible!

And if you are out in Lebanon and Dubai~ would love for you to take a peek because its not available here in the US..booooooo!

Cabin Fever

posted by on 2010.12.09, under Behind the Scenes, Chriselle Inc.

Have I ever mentioned that my favorite time of year to dress AND to style is the fall/winter season? I love bundeling underneath layers and layers of coziness!

Here is Audrey Magazine’s Winter issue that we styled & produced! We shot this up in Big Bear Mountain in our cozy cozy little cabin.

Here are a few pointers on how to achieve this cozy look I styled on Angelina from LA Models.

1. Pair sheer Nylons under your Legwarmers  worn  with your combat/ knee high boots. so you still can look stylish and WARM at the same time!

2. I love bringing shorts into the fall/winter season…layered with nylons, leggings, and leg warmers! Show off those legs in the winter!

3. Thick knitted scarves are a must…wrap them around 2-3 times!

4. Try layering a chunky shearling jacket over a soft and feminine dress (remember..opposites attract in styling & fashion!)

With these looks I dont mind the freezing cold weather….Cabin Fever it is!!

Get your Audrey magazine copy at your nearest Barnes & nobles/ Borders for the full editorial!!

Cut Em Babies Off

Heres a little preview to our shoot we did last month with Prestige magazine! I was lucky enough to get my hands on the dress that Blake Lively wore on Gossip Girl by Zuhair Murad! I cant wait to show you guys the full editorial once it is released! Keep posted!

btw one of my favorite looks is Cut Off sheer tights. I love how they come out  versus thick knee high socks. Just get your Nylons and Cut Em Babies Off right above your knees to achieve this bad girl look!

Sleepless September

posted by on 2010.09.29, under Chriselle Inc.

We have been in production for the past month for Audrey Magazine‘s Audreys Night Out 2010. Chriselle INC being a one stop shop for fashion production, we put together everything from the initial budgeting, model casting, staging, lighting, sound, make up & hair, creative conception, marketing outreach and of course the STYLING.

From the sleepless nights in the  office  with my assistants to the late night Taco Mexico runs to fuel our fire, to the backstage madness, to some Fashion crisis (of course..what would we do without them?), and of course to poppin champagne backstage’s been quite a September!

I hate to brag and all but I have THE best team known to mankind- they outwork me and out-hustle me by far…DAMN!

Special thanks to THE team: Chriselle INC. girls: Christina Ghadanian, Patricia Flores, Kathy munoz, Analiese, and Tala. Glam Squad: Sienree Du & Leibi Carias. Photography & Videography fam: Karla Ticas & David Gallardo

Keep posted for more updates on Audreys Night Out and 1,0000 other things I must blog about my Sleepless September.
