Excited to share with you guys a recent campaign I styled for Jellypop Shoes Spring/Summer 2012! Had so much fun putting all these looks together! Cant believe that in a couple of days I will already be styling their Fall/Winter 2012 campaign!
Here are some behind the scenes shots of our amazingly long day! Which one is your favorite look? Mine is the one with the bandeau top + A line green skirt! Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life
Something little as seeing your name on print as the official “Style & Fashion Director” got me quite excited today! This is my first issue as GENLUX’s Fashion & Style director so please check it out! We have 2 editorials I personally styled in this issue…One being this editorial “DADAIST” and another editorial with President Vicente Fox and his wife!
Fall is my favorite season to dress up for…this season it’s all about the Rich & Royal hues such as mahogany red, jade green, burnt orange, & plum purples. TGIF (Thank God It’s FALL) !!!!
As you guys know I live with my sister Eye It Try It, a food blogger, AND I have a fiance who has an avid passion for cooking…in other words I have become quite dependent, and ummm nonetheless VERY spoiled when it comes to eating.
So….. recently I got the chance to style Laura Dunn in her beautiful home for GENLUX magazine. We took a comedic approach to this editorial by showing how overrated cooking can be. From the burnt pot pies, to eating desert for dinner, Flipping burnt pancakes in her 6 in. Versace heels, and of course heating up a chicken with a fire distinguisher.
Fortunately & unfortunately I was slightly able to relate to this editorial! But I am determined to learn how to cook…soon! Nevertheless we had a blast styling this shoot!!!You can find this editorial on stands now in the fall issue of GENLUX magazine.
Only one can wish to have breezy August nights with dinners on the terrace but to be quite honest I have been spending absolutely every single possible moment on set styling for campaigns and different magazine editorials the past 2 weeks.
Here is one of the campaigns I styled for a Japanese hair care line called Hoyu!
I promise to start get back to my regular blogging schedule starting tomorrow! Tons of outfit posts and updates coming your way!

Long nights of prepping for our editorial shoot with Genlux magazine next week. I always find myself moodboarding things out in the stillness of a very late night. Thats when most of my inspirations come to me. Here are some of our style inspiration we put together thus far….can you take a guess what the theme/ style direction might be?
Here’s a recent editorial I styled for Prestige Magazine. Loved how I was able to be as creative as I wanted to for this editorial. Which means layers upon layers upon layers….socks under sandals…pants as tops & tops as pants. A little geisha, a little samurai, a little chinadoll, and of course was inspired by the traditional korean costume “Han Boke”…inspired by their vibrant clashing colors. Welcome to the Oriental Oasis.
So excited to share with you all one of the campaigns I recently styled for Penelope and Coco. As you can tell by the images..there are 2 very different personalities & styles ..one being your quirky & color loving Penelope and then the other being your sleek, grunge, and bad ass Coco. I believe every girl has a little bit of both penelope and a little bit of coco in them…and I believe I fall right in between both. How about you? Are you a Penelope or are you a Coco?
