Anti-Pollution Drops are Now a Thing

Living and working in a big city like Los Angeles, my body and skin are exposed to a lot of pollution. Whether I see pollution like smog or car exhaust, or it’s just invisible air pollution, it can be damaging to my overall health and my skin! So, being proactive in keeping what goes in my body clean, I also want to make sure my skin gets the same treatment as well.

So keep scrolling to see the products I use to detox and keep my skin on top of its pollution defending game; anti-pollution drops included!

First thing’s first- take off your makeup every night before you go to bed! Get all of that gunk off of your skin and out of your pores. One of my favorite cleansers is this one by Darphin– it feels as light as air and very gentle leaving my skin feeling super soft! PS, if you ever accidentally fallen asleep with your makeup on, make sure to read my post about tackling that morning after situation- click HERE!

I’m sure you guys know by now that you should be wearing sunscreen every day, right? Even on overcast and rainy days, right?! Well if you don’t already (I forgive you but need you to change that habit asap!) be sure to add that into your routine. The easiest way to do it is to use double duty products like this moisturizer and mist! Both are great products that feel really lightweight with the added bonus of SPF. A win-win!

When I found these anti-pollution drops I was very intrigued. My initial thought was that they would be a drop you would put into a drink- kind of like a supplement! (PS: have you seen my post about my favorite beauty supplements yet?) But I was all wrong! It’s actually a serum! The drops help combat oxidation and inflammation that would usually be caused by environmental pollutants. It works to strengthen your skin’s defenses and helping with anti-aging and dullness. This little guy is like a miracle in a bottle.

Though it might seem easier to live in a plastic bubble, adding products like these into your routine will help keep you and your skin cleaner and happier! Do you guys think you would ever use anti-polution drops? Let me know in the comments below and have a great Monday!
