Family Christmas Card 2016
Happy Friday loves! We finally made it through the week and I still can’t believe that it’s Christmas weekend!
I’m so excited to share these images with you guys because they are officially our very first family Christmas card! As I mentioned on my Instagram, I’ve never been the best at sending Christmas/Thank You cards, but recently I’ve been making more of an effort to do so. I truly believe that the holidays are about the small details, the traditions you keep and memories that you make along the way with your friends and family. Now that I have Chloe, I’m more conscious of fun traditions that we can create that she will look forward to every year. From lighting up the house to meeting Santa, to gingerbread house making (we are having our annual gingerbread making party at our house this weekend), and to baking cookies for Santa & his helpers. And of course, when she’s old enough to understand the true meaning of Christmas, I would love to take her to volunteer at the women’s shelter so she understands the importance of giving back to the people in need.
The next few days will be very busy as my sister and family are all coming in town for the holidays, and we have a lot of fun things planned for the week. Make sure to follow along on Snapchat and Instagram stories as we have our annual gingerbread house making contest at our place and a possible trip to Disneyland with the fam!
Anyway, Christmas is a day of celebration, joy, and to give thanks! I hope you and your loved ones have a holiday filled with much joy, holiday cheer, laughter, and peace!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
