Spas in Tulum

I just landed in Cannes and I’m so excited for this upcoming week with here! There are a lot of amazing events that I’ll be attending so be sure to stay tuned on snapchat! One thing that I love to do when I’m traveling is to visit local spas to experience the different beauty techniques around the world. It’s such a great way to experience the culture!

Coqui Coqui

The spa treatment I did at Coqui Coqui was by far one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. I experienced thier deep tissue massage and their mango and papaya facial. The massage was held in one of their rooms upstairs which had an amazing view of the ocean. I had to climb up these steep stairs and when I finally got to the top I was shocked! The entire room had open panoramic windows and I could hear the ocean waves crashing along the shore as I got my massage. I definitely feel asleep and woke up extremely rejuvenated. Although the facial might have looked kind of crazy, all of the ingredients were organic. My skin was cleansed with a yogurt cleanser and my masseuse also used a natural exfoliant. She gave me a mask of honey, papaya, and mango, which made my face feel so soft and hydrated after.

While I only had time to experience one spa in Tulum, I will definitely be back to try out a different spa (or spas!) next time. I did some research and here are three more spas that I would definetly want to go to.

1. Ana y Jose Charming Hotel

The spa here is located in a small building off the hotel and right on the beach. I’ve heard the aromatherapy massage is amazing for your neck and shoulders! And if you spend as many hours on your laptop as I do, a good neck massage is just what the doctor ordered!

2. Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa

I read some great reviews about the couples massage at the Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa! On top of the scenic beach views, the chocolate pedicure and the whirlpool jacuzzi, I can’t wait to book my reservation!

3. Maya Spa

This little spa tucked away in the jungle looks like the perfect day for a relaxing spa day. The bathhouse spa treatment with rosemary scrub and a clay treatment looks incredible!

And there you have it, the spas I can’t wait to try in Tulum!
