Flawless Spring Skin

My skin regimen is incredibly important to me, so I’m excited to have partnered up with SK-II for this post to share with you guys the most important step (and my secret weapon to great skin!) my SK-II Facial Treatment Essence. It’s the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do at night. From prepping my skin for a long day of shooting and running around town to taking off my makeup and oiling up for a good night’s sleep, my skin is very important to me. If you’ve seen any of my skincare posts or videos, you know that this process can be very extensive. I use creams, masks, essences and everything in-between!

I’ve been using SK-II for around 6 years now. It’s a brand that I truly believe in and I’ve been hooked ever since I’ve noticed the change in my skin texture. The one product that I’ve been consistently using year in and year out is the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence. For those of you who don’t know what an Essence is, it’s basically a clear liquid jam-packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Not only does help your skin prepare and absorb any serums or moisturizers you use, but it also helps with anti-aging, wrinkles and it can even your skin tone! When I use Facial Treatment Essence, I put a bit on my hands then press the liquid all over my face and neck. It absorbs super quickly and makes my skin feel so refreshed. There are so many essence products on the market but the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence was actually the first. It has an amazing cult following, too. From celebrities to makeup artists, it’s no wonder the Essence has been nicknamed “miracle water!”

I didn’t really start paying attention to my skin until my late 20’s, but it’s honestly never too soon (or too late!) to start! Some of you may remember the film I created with SK -II last year. To date, it’s one of my favorite projects I’ve ever worked on! Check it out here! So remember, just like you take care of your body, you should take care of your skin as well! Eat right, get enough sleep, drink enough water, and add some essence to your skincare routine!
