Sleeping Beauty

My motto is always time is money, so let’s maximize the time we’re using to sleep to get the most out of our beauty routine! Recently I’ve been using products while sleeping and I really notice the difference in my skin. It’s also an amazing feeling when you make an effort to take care of yourself!

Soothing Facial Mask

This mask is great for soothing your eyes after a long day of work. After a long day of staring at the computer screen, sometimes my eyes feels super tired and strained. You could use it either heated up or cooled down, but  I prefer to use this mask cooled after the shower to help with my eyes. It’s a great and inexpensive addition to add to your night routine! It’s also an amazing remedy for puffy & swollen eyes.

Shiseido White Lucent

The cream is so light and airy that I swear there was nothing in this jar when I first picked it up. Perfect for lightening your acne scars and sun spots! My blemishes are pretty light to begin with, but I definitely noticed a change after a few weeks. A little goes a long way for this product, a small dab is enough for my face! (Which is great, more bang for your buck right?)

James Read Sleep Mask Tan

For my readers that prefer a golden glow all year round, have you heard of this sleep mask tan? That’s right .. you can get a tan while you sleep. It’s basically the hardest thing in the world for me to get tan. You guys remember me after the Maldives right? I was barely any tanner! That’s why I have to rely on products, and this one is one of my little secrets. I apply it at night when I want to wake up with a little glow, or in the morning to develop a glow during the day.

May Coop Tightening Mask

You guys know I’m a fan of Korean products, and this one is one of my secret weapons! I love applying this a few times a week and leaving it on overnight. A little bit goes a long way for this product too, and when I wake up my skin feels amazingly soft and fresh!

Shiseido Benefiance Soothing Eye Mask

I definitely recommend using eye masks once a week when you’re in your mid-20’s to prevent any wrinkles in your eyes. I just leave these on when I’m sleeping so I wake up with my under eyes feeling amazing and hydrated.

 ilumange Copper Oxide Pillowcase

This pillowcase fights wrinkles while you sleep. Yup, that’s right. I don’t really have any alarming wrinkles for now, but better safe than sorry right? Either way, your pillows are surprisingly gross because bacteria can build up in the fabric. I’m definitely getting this pillow for my mom and sister this holiday! (Oops I hope they don’t read this ..)

So sleeping beauty isn’t the only girl getting her beauty rest from now on .. And remember, there’s no beauty rest like just resting. Let’s make an effort to take care of ourselves!
