Being Feminine

Photography by Karen Chen

Looking at my style through the years, I find that now I rarely wear a dress without adding a stronger element like booties or a statement necklace. I don’t know if that’s because of the trending fashion or simply because there’s more confidence in dressing stronger. But lately I’m in fact finding that there’s a subtle confidence in dressing more feminine.

It almost feels sweet wearing nothing but my chiffon tankΒ  and silk Gyunel skirt because these fabrics are so pretty and almost dream-like. Wearing these pieces allows me to embrace my feminine side and I love it. I love the print in this skirt too because it adds a unique element and makes the movement all the more eye-catching.

If you follow me on Instagram, you already know that I lost my phone and broke my laptop in the Bahamas. Besides the series of unfortunate things that happened in the past 24 hours, I’m already missing The Bahamas. The people were incredibly friendly, the food was so fresh, and of course being able to be a part of a great experience is something I will forever remember. Will be uploading all of my Bahamas photos next week here on the blog, so stay tuned! Besides that I hope you all have a lovely Wednesday!
