I love it how you guys made the looks so wearable! Movie inspired looks are so nice Id suggest some glamorous movies such as 007 Casino royal, or maybe go as crazy as Lord of the Rings, see if you can make some looks wearable! :)

chriselle,
You are so creative! Thanks for mixing high end and fast fashion (forever 21 and H&m) in this collection! I’ve received so much inspiration from the harry potter inspired collection of looks!
Keep up the wonderful work.
Have a nice day!!

looking forward to your new youtube videos!

Wow, this tutorial was amazing. It’s really amusing. I’m in love with your style and with your tutorials. I think you should made another one. Maybe the lord of the rings with all that elfic so dreamy style and the bucolic style of hobbits? I don’t know, maybe a tutorial inspired by the bohemian and bizarre style of Moulin Rouge. i’m sure that whatever the next tutorial will be about you will make it awesome!!!

I love how HP has been translated to normal wear clothing! The Luna Lovegood interpretation of Chriselle is amazing!

laura ( August 8, 2011 at 7:05 AM )

I love what you did there, your Luna Loveggod outfit was my favorite one. I would like to see an Alice in Wonderland inspire looks.

I really love your fashion tutorials! Every time I see them I feel so inspired!
I’d love to see outfits inspired by those old movies from the fifties and sixties.!:) Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly … These women were so gracious and beautiful.

Wicht ( August 8, 2011 at 12:51 PM )

clara ( August 8, 2011 at 2:42 PM )

I love how expensive the clothing appears, but that most of it was purchased from lower priced stores like Forever 21 or American Apparel.Beautiful outfits!

Yeslek ( August 8, 2011 at 3:41 PM )

Chriselle,
Thank you very much for all your videos so far. They have been a great inspiration to me, and I would love for you to make a fashion tutorial inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Thank you very much!

Mia ( August 8, 2011 at 4:03 PM )

Hi Chriselle, I was wondering if you could do a fashion tutorial based on the movie Alice in wonderland? Please, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Vivianne ( August 8, 2011 at 4:06 PM )

I like the blog. This article was written well.if you want buy cheap soccer shoes to Nike Mercurial Vapor Soccer

Nike Vapor Superfly ( August 8, 2011 at 8:18 PM )

You guys should do a tutorial inspired by the movie Beastly. I would love to recreate Kendra the Witch’s look for fall. That movie had some pretty chic looks that could work for anyone.

Jewell ( August 8, 2011 at 8:24 PM )

I love the in character costumes…not so much the actual rendition. Hermoine’s character is smart, practical, and slightly preppy – the outfits reminded me more of Rita Skeeter. Luna is more adventurous – and I can see the play on color. The rendition for Bellatrix is awesome! And I don’t like the one for Harry at all! It reminds me more of Mundungus!
But the outfits itself are awesome – I love it, but I just don’t see the connection to their respective character.

eeni ( August 8, 2011 at 9:28 PM )

I think this was a fun way to create a variety of outfits! Maybe you should try some strange fantasy movies, like Labyrinth or something! I’d love to see how you could make something David Bowie is wearing, wearable! Speaking of David Bowie, what about different bands clothing styles through the ages? Give us a way to wear what hair bands wore, but updated for the here and NOT 80s, lol!

ALICE IN WONDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amy ( August 9, 2011 at 7:41 AM )

I love the outfits! Where did you get the nude oxfords/shoes in the Hermione outfits?

KN ( August 9, 2011 at 10:13 AM )

Where did you get those lovely oxfords from the Hermoine look? This was a cute tutorial, you should do a tutorial from a old 50′s or 60′s movie. Audrey Hepbourn or Marilyn Monroe?

Kate ( August 9, 2011 at 11:23 AM )

Hi, Chriselle!

This was really amazing to watch! I’m absolutely IN LOVE with the dress Michelle is wearing as Bellatrix. I’ve been looking everywhere for it and I can’t find it anywhere; even the Leyendecker site! Do you have any ideas where I could purchase it?

Thanks!

Autavia Sullivan ( August 10, 2011 at 10:28 PM )

Needed to post you a bit of remark to be able to say thank you once again for all the marvelous advice you have shared on this site. This is really shockingly open-handed of people like you to deliver unreservedly what exactly a number of us might have offered for sale for an e book in making some profit for their own end, mostly now that you could have tried it if you ever considered necessary. The pointers likewise worked as a great way to comprehend many people have the same zeal the same as my very own to realize somewhat more around this condition. I know there are numerous more pleasurable occasions ahead for many who read carefully your blog.

Sunny ( August 15, 2011 at 7:16 AM )

I was wondering where you can purchase the Luna sunglasses and Hermione’s timeturner necklace.

Love the outfits!

Margaret ( August 15, 2011 at 8:30 PM )

Admittedly when I saw “Harry Potter Fashion,” I was really hoping to get a little more insight into Emma Watson’s wardrobe from the films. It isn’t that I didn’t appreciate the schoolgirl aspect wholly–I just really love how they styled Hermione’s “everyday” wardrobe, beyond her class robes. The soft color palate, the Fair Isle patterns, the gentle merging of preppy and casual…you get the idea.

Olio ( August 19, 2011 at 12:39 AM )

How ’bout alice’s adventures in wonderland? *squirms* Thanks 4 the awesome vid by the way!

I had been wondering if your web hosting is OK? Not that I’m complaining, but sluggish loading instances times will very frequently affect your placement in google and can damage your high-quality score if advertising and marketing with Adwords.
