Women these days are doing it all! Most women are naturally good at multitasking which comes in handy when you are a working mom. I would like you guys to meet my friend & client Jennet Chow who is a mother of 3, an ahhh-mazing wife, and also the president of Jellypop shoes or for short you can call her SUPERWOMAN!
The madness of being a working woman, mommy, and a wife, sometimes means letting the pamper me time & beauty take a backseat. So my team and I spent a full day with Jennet pampering her from head to toe…im talkin about the whole shabang! From getting her make up and hair done and of course styling her in some glitzy jewelry and ahh-mazing pieces.
She was glowing from miles away in her Oscar De La Renta gown I styled her in…and what I realized is that all women deserves to look & feel beautiful. So If you are a working woman, it is important that you recognize that you should be taking time out for YOU! Even SUPERWOMAN needs a break sometimes, and some pamper time! Do I have any readers/followers that are working women? How do YOU rejuvenate and pamper yourself? because…..
All women should be glowing from the inside and shining from the outside
Currently in the talks & the planning stages of my wedding has forced me to grow out my short hair. It’s probably one of the most tedious and frustrating things I have dealt with in a long time. I naturally have thick, wavy, and coarse hair so its quite hard to manage at this awkward length. So lately my very favorite way to wear my hair is in a soft, tousled, braided updo.
Its quite simple…. all I do is
1. Tease and bobby pin the top half of my hair (which is shorter in length than the bottom half)
2. braid each side and pin it together at the mid back of my head where they meet.
3. then use a million bobby pins to pin the rest of the short hairs away .
so yes…in awkward times like these I rely on my Bobbies to tuck em all away. Have you ever tried to grow out your hair before?
(please dont mind the horrible quality in the images below..didn’t have my camera the whole wknd so these are all from my phone!)
They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas……..
but I say All the Shoes In Vegas Must Come Out Of Vegas! So I just got back from an exhaustingly fun bachelorette weekend for one of my dear & close girlfriend (founder of Serendipity Magazine). Yes we celebrated our hearts away but we also pampered our feets away! Why is it when we come to Vegas we always leave with way more shoes than we end up bringing?
(outfit above: Dress- Herve Leger dress, Christian Louboutin heels)
My new Alexander Wang Patent wedges I scored at the Barney’s sale! I’ve been eyeing these babies for quite some time and cant believe I got them for this cheap! woohoo!
Oversized shades & floppy hats are a must from all that crazy Vegas heat!

and my obsession with tribal prints and statement jewelry continues… This was one of my looks for the first night out!

the damage and aftermath in our hotel room.
It’s been quite some time since I’ve had time off to enjoy the presence of my girlfriends and really enjoy the luxuries in life. We danced to the undying beats, partied til the break of dawn, shopped til we (literally) dropped, and of course laughed like there was no tomorrow. and what I realized is that…
I cannot tell you guys how much i loved reading all of your entries of where you would want to travel to for “The Chriselle Giveaway” contest. There were so many creative spots I never would’ve thought of which got me re thinking of where I would want to go for my upcoming honeymoon! ( I was literally taking notes while reading all the entries!)
Anyways I couldn’t make a decision on my own of who was the most deserving or the most creative so I had a little help from my random generator! And the winner is……

This summer I have rekindled my love for wild safari animals…anything that has to do with zebra or elephant prints, photographs, paintings, and sculptures. So two things.. 1. when I found this ahhhh-mazingly exquisite zebra print scarf I purchased it in a heartbeat and a second (yes, it was one of those I HAVE TO HAVE IT moments.) 2 when BESOBESO jewels told me that they named these gold elephant studs after me I was beyond flattered. Ever since then these studs have been superglued to my ear (seriously… no joke!) … I mean talk about THE perfect everyday studs..right?
So BESOBESO and I have teamed up to do a little giveaway for “The Chriselle” earrings. All you have to do is:
1.”like” Beso Beso on Facebook here and also “like” Chriselle Inc. here
2. Either on your Facebook or Twitter status you must make a link to this blog post and mention our giveaway. For example: ” These earrings from @Chriselletweets are my Summer Must Haves http://www.TheChriselleFactor.com”
3. you MUST leave me a comment HERE on my blog and let me know…. If there was one place you would go where would it be? and why? and leave me your email address!
If there was one place for me to be right now..it would be in South Africa runnin wild with the zebras and riding my (besobeso) elephants!
I will announce winners Monday next week! GOOD LUCK darlins’

Long nights of prepping for our editorial shoot with Genlux magazine next week. I always find myself moodboarding things out in the stillness of a very late night. Thats when most of my inspirations come to me. Here are some of our style inspiration we put together thus far….can you take a guess what the theme/ style direction might be?
I will never fall out of love with girly twirly full circle skirts & dresses…theres something so romantic about these pleats. Started my day with an early morning walk to the cafe and strolls about the flower markets in search for dusky lilacs. All of a sudden I have this undying urge to go for a romantic summer afternoon picnic….oh, must be the pleats!
Summer is officially in full bloom and bright bold contrasting colors are seen everywhere. If majority of your wardrobe consists of black, greys, tans, and neutrals….try slowly adopting color into your wardrobe by adding small accents such as this tangerine orange belt. It’s subtle yet just the right amount of color to make a statement without being too obvious.
Michelle and I are finally launching our fashion channel this week…hopefully by today! and I simply cannot wait to share with you guys what we have been working on! Will be heading out for a mini get away to Santa Barbara for the 4th of July weekend with the beau and the sis.
